Please check labor rates as listed on the site for extra work. You are responsible for those fees if we are doing the tear down, assembly or any other custom work on your parts.
Please package your items safely. All parts are inspected upon receipt. If we feel anything is unacceptable you will be notified. We reserve the right to decline any item we feel to be unacceptable and return it to you at your cost.
Unless other agreements are made, you will receive the exact same part type back as you send in. ex: We do not send out VTX1800 rear wheels for a submitted VTX1300 rear wheel etc. If you send a 1300 wheel you will receive a 1300 wheel. If we did those type exchanges we would have a whole lot of 1300 wheels and no 1800 wheels. Same applies for all other parts.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of return
shipping. All items have shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Your parts will not be returned until all payments have been
received. No exceptions.
If you have any questions please contact us. We also do custom chrome on modified parts of all types. Those items once received are estimated before proceeding. On custom parts its hard for us to give you numbers until we see what work is involved. If we are doing custom chrome, you will be responsible for all costs incurred unless otherwise agreed upon.
Warranty is one year.
All chrome re-do's are based upon:
1. Inspection and a determination of whether or not the
matter is considered warranty.
2. Warranties, if applicable, do not include labor of
any kind. Its up to the customer to provide the piece in
a chrome ready condition or to pay for the labor associated with same. Example:
If sending a caliper in for a warranty re-do, the caliper must be disassembled
when we receive it otherwise the posted rate for caliper labor
will apply even though the chroming portion is warranty.
3. All items to be re-chromed under warranty must be shipped
back for inspection and only your original piece will be re-chromed. No chrome
is shipped up front without core fees and inspection of the original
piece.
4. Final determination of warranty service is ours. If we
feel that the item is covered by warranty yet also has damage due to user error
in any way, we reserve the right to pro-rate the warranty out our disgression. We play fair and only ask
that you do too. -Thank you
